INTRODUCTION, HELLO EVERYONE.

So here we are.  Technically, here I am but I suppose I'll include Andrea since the main initiative behind this blog is the upcoming birth of our son, Cash.  You're welcome, Andrea.

With the evergrowing popularity of blogging, the lack of Facebook with some of our family, and a pinch of inspiration from our good Uncle Dan and the ship's log of Fourplay, I present to you the blog of the newly expanding Reed family.

As you might know, Andrea and I have been expecting for nine months now.  It has recently occured to me that 9 months is the extent of expectation time so apparently we're having a baby in the very near future.  This being the primary reason for the creation of this page... to keep you all updated with our ongoing struggle to maintain our sanity while occasionally trying to raise this freshly made human.
Aside from that, my goal is to update a few times a week with any other news or short stories that I think may entertain.  I... WE... hope you enjoy.

CHILDBIRTHING CLASS!
There isn't enough font animation available for me to express our excitement.  I won't go into details, but we saw a video of a chick give birth while on her knees.  I had no idea a woman could actually fart a baby.  It was fantastic.

I'll also add this was the second year in a row I missed Mardi Gras.  (For the out of towners, St. Louis has the second biggest celebration in the country behind New Orleans).  However, I still got to see plenty of boobs.  Only these boobs were swollen and looked like they had a hairless puppy attached.

All in all, I have to admit, it wasn't that bad.  I did learn a lot.  For example, I honestly thought that when they said "2 cm dilated", that meant you could see 2 cm of the baby's head.  I haven't told anyone that yet... but hey, I'm here to entertain with my stupidity.
